This is a man’s world…..or is it?

Hi everyone, my name is Michelle and I am a freelance Site Engineer/Contracts Manager working in the Construction Industry. I’ve survived the crazy world of construction for the last 12 years and I’m still enjoying it! I love sharing my onsite experiences, both good and bad, and have recently started VLogging my daily antics on YouTube.  I am passionate about inspiring the next generation of young female engineers and aim to encourage more women to join the industry in the future. I’m relatively laid back and often find humour in some of the craziest situations. I like to share the good, bad and the down right ugly experiences onsite as I think it is these experiences that people most can relate to.
